摘要:
在对江阴防洪基础设施现状、防洪工程管理、防汛形势调查分析的基础上,从江阴洪水通道定位、周边城市排涝能力、地面沉降、违法占用河道及基层水利服务体系变革带来的影响等方面进行了阐述,提出了加强江阴防汛防台工作的措施及建议。
Abstract:
Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of flood control infrastructure, flood control project management and flood control situation in Jiangyin, the impacts from the flood channel positioning of Jiangyin, the drainage capacity of surrounding city, land subsidence, illegal occupation of river channels and the reform of basic water conservancy service system were carried out, measures and suggestions for strengthening flood control and typhoon protection in Jiangyin were put forward.
