摘要:
水利工程的施工环境常常比较恶劣,容易产生一些技术困难,为了预防潜在的问题,需要相关人员对工程周围的各项信息进行详细调查,如水文、地形、经济等。在综合考虑各个因素之后,制定详细的应对方案。高效、有力的工程管理可以确保方案的落实,以保证工程建设的良好效果。针对工程考核这一问题进行讨论,以期为提升工程管理提供一些建议。
Abstract:
There are some technical difficulties of the water conservancy projects construction because of the bad construction environment. In order to prevent potential problems, it is necessary for the relevant to conduct a detailed investigation of the information about the project, such as hydrology, topography, economy and so on. Detailed response plans will base on comprehensive consideration of these various factors. Efficient and effective engineering management can ensure the implementation of these programs, so as to ensure the good effect of engineering construction. This paper discusses the problem of project assessment, hoping to provide some new suggestions for improving project management.
