摘要:: 总结了近年来全省河湖管理保护工作在法规体系、保护规划、退圩还湖、河湖划界、河湖监测、体制机制创新、规范开发利用行为等方面取得的显著成效。分析了河湖管理保护发展方向,重点抓好长江大保护、大运河文化带建设、系统治理洪泽湖、科学保护太湖水生态等工作。提出2019年要以生态河湖行动计划落地见效为主线,统筹推进河湖保水域、护堤防、守滩地各项工作。

Abstract:: The remarkable achievements of the province's river and lake management and protection work in recent years such as the legal system, protection planning, returning the country fair to the lake, delimitation of the river and lake, monitoring of the river and lake, innovation of institutional mechanism and standardization of development and utilization behavior were summarized. It was analyzed the development direction of river and lake management and protection, focusing on the great protection of the Yangtze River, the construction of the great canal cultural belt, the systematic management of Hongze Lake, and the scientific protection of the water ecology of Taihu Lake. It's proposed to take the implementation of the ecological river and lake action plan as the main line in 2019 to promote the work of river and lake protection, embankment protection and beach protection as a whole.
