摘要:: 江苏省泰州引江河管理处在工程建设和管理中以引江为脉、工程为基、生态为质、文化为魂,不断实践和创新文化与工程的有机融合,逐步打造了富含多元文化元素的文化基地。在引江河文化基地的发展过程中,突出规划引领,彰显多维设计,充分体现历史文脉的传承性、人文精神的感召力、文字力量的形象性、主体多维的延伸性,系统把脉水利工程文化基地的鲜明主题。

Abstract:: In the construction and management of the project, Taizhou linking river management diversion of Jiangsu Province takes Diversion River as the vein, engineering as the foundation, ecology as the quality, and culture as the soul, constantly practices and innovates the organic integration of culture and engineering, and gradually builds a cultural base rich in multi-cultural elements. In the development process of linking river cultural base, it highlighted planning and guidance, highlighted multi-dimensional design, fully reflected the heritage of historical context, the appeal of humanistic spirit, the image of writing power, the multi-dimensional extension of the main body, and systematically took the bright theme of the cultural base of water conservancy project.
