摘要:
针对当前河湖岸线监管效率不高及监管手段信息化程度不足等现状,以泰州引江河为试点河道,设计和开发一套河湖岸线监测管理系统。系统基于B/S架构,结合倾斜摄影测量、低空航测遥感、地理信息系统和空间数据库等技术,通过三维场景实时渲染、量测和空间分析等方式,发现并记录河湖岸线监管范围内存在的违规违章等问题事项,为水管单位进行日常管理及相关决策提供技术支持。系统同时支持多角色账户管理,提供公众参与入口,可有效提升多部门间协同工作效率。
Abstract:
In view of the current situation of low supervision efficiency of river and lake shoreline and insufficient informatization of supervision means, a monitoring and management system for river and lake shoreline was designed and developed with taizhou diversion river as a pilot channel. System based on B/S architecture, combined with inclined photogrammetry and low altitude aerial remote sensing, geographic information system and spatial database technology, through 3D scene real-time rendering, measurement, and spatial analysis, find and record lakes shoreline regulation within the scope of problems such as the illegal violation of matters, for the pipe unit of daily management and decision-making to provide technical support. The system also supports multi-role account management and provides an entry point for public participation, which can effectively improve the collaborative work efficiency among multiple departments.
