摘要:
通过对连云港市东海县沭南灌区用水现状进行实地调查和统计分析,研究表明沭南灌区存在用水管理方式粗放、灌区配套设施不足、农业水费收取模式不完善、水资源利用率不高、灌溉回归水影响下游河道水质等问题。针对灌区用水存在的问题提出了针对性措施建议,因地制宜推行农业节水,以进一步提高灌区水资源利用效率,减少水资源使用量,降低下游水环境污染风险。
Abstract:
Based on the field investigation and statistical analysis of the current situation of water use in the Shunan irrigation area, Donghai County, Lianyungang City, the research showed that the problems such as extensive water management, insufficient facilities in the irrigation area, imperfect collection mode of agricultural water fees, low utilization rate of water resources, and water quality influence on returning water from irrigation to lower reaches of the river in the Shunan irrigation area. It's suggested that agricultural water conservation should be carried out according to local conditions in order to further improve the efficiency of water resources utilization, reducing the amount of water resources and the risk of environment pollution in downstream water.
