以苏州市2010—2017年用水及国民经济统计数据为依据,主要分析农业用水占比、耗水量占比、农业灌溉用水指标、农业水有效利用系数、节水效益等要素分析相关特征及规律,结果显示,多年平均农业用水量14.34亿m3,占比17.1%,农田灌溉耗水量为6.735亿m3,显示现状下农业还是一个耗水大户。农业水有效利用系数多年平均为0.663,年递增幅度1.3%。受产业布局调整及地形特征约束,农作物播种面积逐年递减,需决策部门充分调研本地农业用水实际,制定适合本地农业发展的高效节水措施。
Abstract:
Based on the water use and national economic statistics of Suzhou City from 2010 to 2017, the relevant characteristics and laws of factor analysis such as the proportion of agricultural water use, the proportion of water consumption, the index of agricultural irrigation water use, effective utilization coefficient of agricultural irrigation, and water-saving benefit were analyzed. The results showed that the average agricultural water consumption for many years was 1.434 billion m3, accounting for 17.1%, and farmland irrigation water consumption was 673.5 million m3, indicating that agriculture was still a large water-consuming household under the current situation. The annual average effective utilization coefficient of agricultural irrigation water was 0.663, with an annual increase rate of 1.3%. Restricted by the adjustment of industrial layout and terrain features, the planting area of crops decreased year by year, so it's necessary for the decision-making department to fully investigate the actual water use of local agriculture and formulate efficient water-saving measures suitable for the development of local agriculture.
