摘要:
精益运营理论运用众多,尤其是在制造业得到了很好的应用,主要研究如何在水利工程管理领域恰当运用,并使之更加简化和易于理解操作,符合二级排水系统管理人员素质特点的管理方法,运用精益运营于水利管理,实现优化管理资源,提高管理效率,节省管理成本,推进水利管理现代化发展。通过精益理念对浦东机场二级排水系统调水模式进行优化,强化开闸引水冲淤效能发挥,实现了降低疏浚河道工程成本开支的经济效益以及提高围场河水质,保持场区景观环境等社会效益。
Abstract:
Lean operation theory is widely used, especially in manufacturing industry, which mainly studied how to proper use in the field of water conservancy project management, and make it more simplified and easy to understand operation, in accordance with management personnel quality characteristics of secondary drainage system. lean operation in water management, realize optimization management resources, improve management efficiency, save administrative costs, promote the development of water conservancy management modernization. Through lean concepts, the water diversion mode of the secondary drainage system of Pudong Airport was optimized, and the efficiency of sluice and water diversion was strengthened to realize the economic benefits of reducing the cost of dredging river engineering, improving the water quality of the paddock river, and maintaining the social benefits of landscape environment of the site.
