摘要:
通过对江苏水利防汛物资多元化储备体系发展中存在的不足进行思考分析,提出对策举措。通过加快建立水利防汛物资衔接协调机制,科学测算水利防汛物资储备供应需求,坚持强化水利防汛物资政府主导监管,持续提高水利防汛物资应急调运能力,以提高江苏水利防汛物资储备主体多元化的保障能力和水平。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the shortcomings in the development of diversified reserve system of water conservancy and flood control materials in Jiangsu Province, some countermeasures were put forward. By accelerating the establishment of the coordination mechanism for the connection of water conservancy and flood control materials, scientifically measuring the supply demand of water conservancy and flood control materials reserves, adhering to strengthening the government-led supervision of water conservancy and flood control materials, and continuously improving the emergency transportation capacity of water conservancy and flood control materials, so as to improve the diversified guarantee ability and level of Jiangsu water conservancy and flood control materials reserves.
