摘要:
新孟河工程在防御台风“烟花”期间首次调度运用,行洪历时12 d,外排洪水5 500万m3,有效提高了流域和区域的防洪排涝能力,减轻了太湖湖西地区以及大运河防洪压力,发挥了巨大防洪排涝效益。在总结新孟河工程调度运用的启用背景的基础上,深入进行了启用效益分析,并研究提出相关优化运用对策与建议。
Abstract:
The Xinmeng River Project was first operated during the defense of typhoon 'fireworks'. The flood lasted for 12 days and 55 million m3 of flood was discharged, which effectively improved the flood control and drainage capacity of the basin and region, reduced the flood control pressure in the west of Taihu Lake and the Grand Canal, and played a huge flood control and drainage benefit. On the basis of summarizing the background of the operation of the Xinmeng River Project, the benefit analysis of the operation was carried out in depth, and the relevant optimization countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
