为加深对娄勤俭书记在省委十三届九次会议上要求泰州“要彰显江海文化的底蕴与自信”的理解,从江海河孕育了泰州、泰州江海文化基因源远流长和驯服江海河“震怒”泰州应对有道等3个方面,介绍泰州江海文化的缘起和精神的、物质的江海文化成果。
- Abstract:

To deepen the understanding of the Provincial Party Committee Secretary Lou Qinjian's request at the Ninth Meeting of the 13th Provincial Party Committee of Taizhou to "show the foundation and confidence of river-sea culture". The origin of Taizhou river-sea culture and its spiritual and material achievements were introduced from three aspects: river-sea gave birth to Taizhou,long history of river-sea culture gene in Taizhou and Taizhou deal with the "furious" of river-sea in a proper way.
