摘要:
长江在南京穿城而过,从八卦洲转向东流。长江的河势稳定、防洪安全是南京经济社会发展不可或缺的重要基础支撑。长江治理包括多方面,有堤防管理维护、水行政执法、水资源管理、整治工程建设、防汛和运行管理等。根据详实的监测资料,分析研究了长江南京河段近年来河势及岸段变化情况,并就后续河道管理工作提出建议。
Abstract:
The Yangtze River runs through Nanjing, turning eastward from Bagua Island. The stability of the Yangtze River regime and the safety of flood control are indispensable basic support for the economic and social development of Nanjing. The Yangtze River governance includes the management and maintenance of dikes, water administrative law enforcement, water resources management, regulation engineering construction, flood control and operation management, etc. Based on detailed monitoring data, the river regime and bank changes of Nanjing reach of Yangtze River in recent years are analyzed and studied, and suggestions are put forward for the focus of subsequent river management work.
