摘要:
从工程运行视角解析“清水进城”行动方案,运用数字孪生技术构建知识图谱,赋能工程调度,针对不同来水、调度措施、调度目标下的调度预演以及多方案比选等功能,提前规避风险,支撑精准化决策,提升水旱灾害防御、水资源集约、安全利用,以水利工程管理“软实力”助推硬件设施功效发挥,为“清水进城”智慧调度奠定基础。
Abstract:
From the perspective of project operation, analyze the action plan of “clear water into the city”, build a knowledge map by using digital twin technology, empower project scheduling, avoid risks in advance, support accurate decision-making, and improve flood and drought disaster prevention, intensive and safe utilization of water resources according to the functions of scheduling rehearsal under different incoming water, scheduling measures and scheduling objectives, and multi scheme comparison and selection, promote the effectiveness of hardware facilities with the “soft power” of water conservancy project management, and lay the foundation for the intelligent dispatching of “clean water into the city”.
