摘要:
传统弧门启闭机由于自身没有滑轮组的省力效果,卷筒承受的力就是闸门的额定启闭力,为了满足使用及规范要求,传统弧门启闭机在设计和选型上,自身体积和重量几乎是同吨位的平门启闭机的2倍甚至更多,对土建启闭机工作桥的布置和设计带来了很大的不便。在天生桥套闸项目上,针对上述问题,经过不断的方案优化比选,选择把行星减速机内置于卷筒,可以最大优化启闭机的外形尺寸;同时做到减速机卷筒同轴。
Abstract:
Due to the nonexistence of a block and tackle exerting a labor-saving effect on the traditional radial gate hoist, the force its drum bears is equivalently the rated hoisting capacity. In order to meet the requirements of operation and specification, the size and weight of the traditional radial gate hoist is almost twice or more than that of the flat door hoist of the same tonnage in terms of the design and type selection, which has brought a lot of inconvenience to the design and layout of the civil construction hoist working bridge. In the project of Tiansheng Bridge double dike lock, aiming at the problems above, after a series of program optimization, we decided to make the planetary transmission installed in the drum, which can optimize the shape and the size of the hoist. Meanwhile, it makes the reducer and the drum coaxial.
