摘要:
阐述了江苏省水行政处罚裁量基准研究的背景、方法，并从高效、快捷等方面体现水行政执法在“江苏智慧水利”的应用成果，同时阐明正确行使水行政处罚裁量权应注意的问题。
Abstract:
The background and methodology of the water administrative penalty discretionary benchmark study in Jiangsu Province are explained, and the results of the application of water administrative law enforcement in “Jiangsu Intelligent Water Resources” are reflected in terms of efficiency and speed, and the issues that should be noted in the correct exercise of water administrative penalty discretionary power are also clarified.
