摘要:
根据淮河入海水道二期工程生产建设项目范围内水土流失特点,结合项目影响区水土流失现状,对工程水土保持防治责任范围内的水土流失及影响水土流失的主要因子进行监测,分析水土流失的动态变化,掌握水土保持措施实施情况及防治效果,为工程水土保持工作提出防治对策与建议。工程通过及时、准确掌握项目水土流失状况和水土保持效果,及时发现水土流失危害并优化水土流失防治措施,保障项目水土保持方案的落实,促进淮河入海水道二期工程经济效益、生态效益、社会效益的尽快实现。
Abstract:
According to the characteristics of water and soil erosion within the scope of the Phase Ⅱ of Huaihe River estuary waterway project, combined with the current situation of water and soil erosion in the affected area of this project, the water and soil erosion and the main factors affecting water and soil erosion within the scope of the project’s soil and water conservation responsibility are monitored, the dynamic changes of water and soil erosion are analyzed, the implementation of soil and water conservation measures and control effects are grasped, and prevention and control countermeasures and suggestions for the soil and water conservation work are proposed. Through timely and accurate grasp of the water and soil erosion situation and soil and water conservation effect, the project can timely discover the harm of water and soil erosion and optimize the prevention and control measures, ensure the implementation of the soil and water conservation plan of the project, and promote the realization of economic, ecological and social benefits of the phase Ⅱ of Huaihe River estuary waterway project as soon as possible.
