摘要:
探讨了江阴市水系连通及水美乡村建设的实践成效、主要经验、面临的挑战和相关建议。通过实施科学合理的规划和政策措施，江阴市在生态环境改善、社会经济效益提升以及可持续发展能力增强等方面取得了一定成效。研究总结了政策引导与支持、多元参与及合作、科技创新与应用等成功经验，分析了资金筹措、生态环境保护、管理体系建设等面临的挑战。在此基础上，提出了深化政策改革、加强科技支撑、推动社会参与等建议，可为其他地区建设水美乡村提供借鉴。
Abstract:
This paper discussed the practical achievements, main experiences, challenges faced and relevant suggestions regarding the construction of water system connectivity and beautiful water village in Jiangyin City. Through the implementation of scientific and reasonable plans and policy measures, Jiangyin City has achieved certain results in aspects such as the improvement of the ecological environment, the enhancement of social and economic benefits, and the strengthening of sustainable development capabilities. The study summarized successful experiences in policy guidance and support, diverse participation and cooperation, technological innovation and application, and analyzed the challenges faced in fundraising, ecological environment protection, and management system construction. On this basis, suggestions were put forward to deepen policy reform, strengthen technological support, and promote social participation, which can provide experience and reference for other regions to build water beautiful villages.
