针对长江码头维护性疏浚监管系统,通过对施工船只安装视频实时监控、北斗定位、吃水线监测等设备收集前端数据,平台服务器整合分析前端数据,对运泥船装载泥砂、卸载泥运泥船装载泥砂砂等重要节点的把控,完成整个疏浚项目过程中船舶抛泥船次、方量及定位的准确计量,实现船舶超范围、超方量、超规定工作时限及抛泥区外倾倒等异常情况的预警。研究对周边城市的采砂疏浚监管工作具有借鉴意义。

For the Yangtze River wharf maintenance dredging supervision system, the front-end data is collected through the installation of video real-time monitoring, Beidou positioning, draft line monitoring and other equipment for the construction vessels, the platform server integrates and analyzes the front-end data, controls the important nodes such as the loading of mud and sand by the dredger and the loading of mud and sand by the unloading of the dredger, completes the accurate measurement of the number, volume and positioning of the ship’s dumping dredges during the whole dredging project, and realizes the early warning of abnormal situations such as the ship’s out of range, out of volume, out of specified working time limit and dumping outside the dumping area. The research is of reference significance for the sand mining and dredging supervision work in surrounding cities.
