为高效处理洗浴废水,针对其水质特点,研究采用混凝—吸附组合工艺处理洗浴废水。混凝剂采用聚合氯化铝、氯化铁和硫酸铝,吸附剂采用活性氧化铝、凹凸棒土和粉末活性炭,分别研究了混凝剂种类、投加量对混凝处理效果的影响,吸附试验中研究了吸附剂类型和吸附剂投加量对处理效果的影响,测定水中的浊度、化学需氧量(CODCr)、氨氮和阴离子表面活性剂(LAS)等水质指标。数据对比分析得出,聚合氯化铝作为混凝剂与粉末活性炭吸附组合工艺具有最佳的处理效果,处理后水质满足我国城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准中一级A的排放标准。

To efficiently treat bathing wastewater, in view of its water quality characteristics, a coagulation-adsorption combined process was studied for the treatment of bathing wastewater. Polymeric aluminum chloride, ferric chloride, and aluminum sulfate were used as coagulants, while activated alumina, attapulgite, and powdered activated carbon were used as adsorbents. The effects of the type and dosage of coagulants on the coagulation treatment efficiency were investigated respectively. In the adsorption experiments, the effects of the type and dosage of adsorbents on the treatment efficiency were studied. Water quality indicators such as turbidity, chemical oxygen demand (CODCr), ammonia nitrogen, and anionic surfactant (LAS) in the water were measured. Through comparative analysis of the data, it is concluded that the combined process of using polymeric aluminum chloride as a coagulant and powdered activated carbon for adsorption has the best treatment effect. After treatment, the water quality meets the Grade A of Level 1 in the discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plants in China.
