摘要:
结合2021—2024年江苏省大中型水库大坝安全监测数据分析工作,从安全监测工作开展、监测设施运行状态、监测资料变化规律等方面对江苏省大中型水库大坝安全监测现状以及工程安全运行状况进行分析。结果表明,全省大中型水库安全监测各项工作的规范性较2021年均有所提升,渗流压力监测规范性优于表面变形和渗流量监测;全省大中型水库监测数据总体连续、可靠;全省有47座水库(95.92%)工程安全情况无明显异常,水库工程整体安全水平较高。分析成果对于指导和规范全省大中型水库大坝安全监测工作具有借鉴意义。
Abstract:
Combined with the data analysis work of dam safety monitoring for large and medium-sized reservoirs in Jiangsu Province from 2021 to 2024, this study analyzes the current status of dam safety monitoring and the engineering operation safety of large and medium-sized reservoirs in Jiangsu Province from the aspects of the implementation of safety monitoring work, the operation status of monitoring facilities, and the variation law of monitoring data. The results show that the standardization of various safety monitoring work for large and medium-sized reservoirs across the province has been improved compared with that in 2021, and the standardization of seepage pressure monitoring is better than that of surface deformation and seepage flow monitoring. The monitoring data of large and medium-sized reservoirs in the province are generally continuous and reliable. There are 47 reservoirs (95.92%) in the province with no obvious abnormalities in engineering safety, indicating a relatively high overall safety level of reservoir projects. The analysis results of this paper can provide reference for guiding and standardizing the dam safety monitoring work of large and medium-sized reservoirs in the province.
