摘要:
从油缸温度、液压油品质、油缸密封圈安装、油缸平衡度这几个方面,通过检测温度、 噪音、液压油品质、油缸平衡度等方式,将所得数据进行对比、分析,探讨了南通节制闸液压启闭系统产生异响的原因,提出相应对策,为水闸安全运行提供参考。
Abstract:
Out of several aspects such as hydro-cylinder temperature,hydraulic fluid quality,cylinder sealing ring,cylinder degree of balance,by detecting temperature,noise,hydraulic fluid quality,cylinder degree of balance,the data is compared and analyzed. The causes of noises in sluice hydraulic pressure on-off systems in Nantong and the solutions for it are discussed. This also provides future reference for safe running of sluice gates.
