摘要:
水泵机组作为水利系统里无法取代的设备,其正常运行对整个系统起着至关重要的作用。针对水泵机组在发生故障时,故障信号确认难,采集精度低的问题,本文设计了基于Matlab 的水泵机组故障信号采集系统,详细的给出了设计的过程,最后通过采集的数据说明了该系统采集的数据不仅稳定可靠且精度高。
Abstract:
The normal operation of the pump unit plays a vital role for entire system.Aiming at the problem that the fault signal is difficult to be recognized and the precision is low when the pump unit broke down,a fault signal acquisition system for pump unit based on Matlab is designed.The design process is given in detail.Finally,the results show that the system is stable,reliable,and of high precision.
