摘要:
为深入分析轴伸贯流泵装置水力瞬变特性,建立贯流泵全过流系统三维模型,考虑压力沿水深变化进出口边界和重力项影响,采用PISO 压力—速度耦合算法进行数值模拟计算,分析不全流道流态、转轮区应力集中及流态情况以及针对转轮出口、出水流道截面不同测点压力脉动时域、频域分析。计算结果表明:全流道流态顺畅,无不良紊乱。叶片应力分布均匀,最大应力出现在叶片压力面进水边处。对于压力脉动,与转轮中心同高处压力幅值最大,截面最上方压力幅值最小。转轮出口及流道出口处压力脉动频率皆为转轮转动频率8 倍。
Abstract:
For an in-depth analysis of the shaft extension tubular pump device of hydraulic transient characteristics,the three-dimensional model of tubular pump full flow system is established.Considering the pressure along the depth change of import and export boundary and the effect of gravity,the PISO pressure velocity coupling algorithm for numerical simulation is used,whole flow runner,stress concentration and flow situation and pressure fluctuation time domain and frequency domain is analyzed.The results show that the flow pattern of the whole flow channel is smooth and has no adverse disorder.The stress distribution is uniform,and the maximum stress appears at the blade pressure surface.For the pressure fluctuation,the pressure amplitude is the same as that of the center of the runner,and the pressure amplitude at the top of the section is the smallest.The pressure fluctuation frequency at the exit of the runner and the outlet of the runner is 8 times of the rotation frequency of the runner .
