摘要:
在水泵(水轮机)立式机组的安装过程中,多年来机组固定部件垂直同轴度的测量一直采用电气回路法进行人工测量,整个测量过程分为4个步骤,其中测量各机组部件的垂直同轴度耗时耗力。随着科学技术的不断发展,利用相关研究的先进设备和新建算法,可实现立式机组固定部件垂直同轴度的自动化测量。
Abstract:
In the installation process of the pump (turbine) vertical unit, the measurement of the vertical coaxiality of the fixed components of the unit has been manually measured by the electrical circuit method for many years. The whole measurement process is divided into four steps, in which the measurement of the vertical coaxiality of each unit component is time-consuming and labor consuming. With the continuous development of science and technology, the automatic measurement of vertical coaxiality of fixed parts of vertical units can be realized by using the advanced equipment and new algorithm of related research.
