摘要:
针对邳州泵站调水运行期间实测流量比上位机流量减少及产生力调电费问题,用测流对比试验的方法,研究启提安全栅对机组运行效率产生的影响,同时研究线路功率因数对调水电费的影响,通过对比试验及数据分析,确定邳州站机组励磁系统功率因数最佳调节状态,最大限度获得电费减免,从而降低运行成本。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the measured flow is less than the upper computer flow during the water transfer operation of Pizhou Pump Station of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project and the power regulation fee is generated, this paper studies the impact of lifting the safety barrier on the unit operation efficiency through the method of flow measurement and comparison test. At the same time, the influence of line power factor on water and electricity regulation fee is studied. Through comparative test and data analysis, the optimal regulation state of the power factor of the excitation system of Pizhou station is determined, so as to maximize the incentive of electricity fee reduction and reduce the operation cost.
