摘要:
为了准确评价水资源的紧缺性程度,进而为水资源的再分配情况给出有效科学依据,并且鉴于单个赋权法精度不足等缺点,将概率论中的贝叶斯公式与相对隶属度相结合的方法,应用到某县2014 年的水资源紧缺性综合评估中。结果表明,某县2014 年评价等级为轻微紧缺,与实际情况一致。贝叶斯公式和相对隶属函数耦合随机评价方法采用了主观和客观评价的组合赋权法和相对隶属度综合确定权重,针对指标内和相互之间的影响2 个方面,用来进一步确定水资源紧缺性评价样本集的实际权重。综合各类方法的优点与不足之处,通过合理的交叉耦合,使评价结果
Abstract:
In order to accurately evaluate the degree of water resources shortage, provide an effective scientific basis for the redistribution of water resources, and in view of the lack of precision of individual empowerment shortcomings, Bias formula in probability theory and relative membership method were combined and applied to a county’s comprehensive assessment of water resources shortage in 2014.The results showed that in 2014 the evaluation grade was slightly tight, which was consistent with the actual situation.The Bias formula and relative membership function coupling stochastic evaluation method adopted the subjective and objective combined weighting method and relative membership degree to determine the weight comprehensively.According to the two aspects of internal and interplay effects to further determine the actual weights of the sample set of water resources shortage evaluation.Combining the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, the evaluation results are becoming more and more reasonable through reasonabl e cross-coupling.
