摘要:
钢筋图是水工专业在进入施工图阶段的一项重要工作内容,传统二维钢筋出图方式工作量大、效率低,且图纸容易出现错误。随着水利行业BIM 应用技术的不断推进,水工建筑物已经能较好的实现三维设计,利用结构模型开展三维配筋,不仅大幅提高出图效率,更能保证配筋的准确性和规范性。以界牌枢纽节制闸为例,在节制闸三维模型的基础上引入三维配筋系统VISUA LFL,通过三维可视化配筋以及钢筋智能抽图快速准确地绘制钢筋图,大幅提高了钢筋图的出图效率,可为其他类似工程提供参考。
Abstract:
The reinforcement drawing is an important work of hydraulic enigneering in the stage of entering the construction drawing. The traditional 2D reinforcement drawing method has a large workload, low efficiency, which is easy to make mistakes in the drawing. Wit hthe continuous advancement of BIM application technology in water conservancy industry, the 3D design of hydarulic structures has been achieved well. The use of structural models for 3d reinforcement can not only siginficantly increase the efficiency of plotting, but also ensure the accuracy and specification of reinforcemen.t Taking the Jiepai gate as an example, th e 3D reinforcement system VISUALFL is introduced on the basis of the 3D model of check gate. The 3D visual reinforcement and the intelligent drawing of the reinforcement were used to quickly and accurately draw the reinforcement drawing, which greatly improve the efficienc,y and can provide reference for other simila r projects.
