摘要:
洪泽湖周边地区是淮河流域重要的蓄滞洪区,针对目前安全设施不足、管理薄弱、功能和排涝能力低等问题,开展实地调查研究,合理界定滞洪区范围、标准和类别,明确调度原则,分析洪水风险和启用概率,实施工程和安全建设规划,提出可行、有效的管理模式和建设方案,提高洪泽湖周边地区的防洪排涝能力,保障地区社会经济可持续发展。
Abstract:
The surrounding area of Hongze Lake is an important storage and flood area in the Huaihe River Basin.In view of the problems of insufficient safety facilities, weak management, low function and low drainage capacity, the field investigation and research were carried out to rationally define the range, standard and category of the flood detention area, clear the principle of dispatch, analyze the flood risk and the opening probability, implement the engineering and safety construction plan, and put forward a feasible and effective management model and construction scheme, which could improve the flood control and drainage capacity of the surrounding area of Hongze Lake, and ensure the sustainable social and economic development of the region.
