摘要:
作为泵站管理一个新的管理模式和理念,“无人值班(少人值守)”将在泵站运行管理中得到广泛应用。为使其在泵站管理中顺利实施,保证工程安全运行,需对泵站实行无人值班条件下的技术要求进行规范。结合实践,从设备技术条件、实施步骤及保障措施等提出无人值班的技术措施,为泵站工程的设计、运行、管理提供参考。
Abstract:
As a new management mode and concept of pumping station management, "unattended (few man on duty)" will be widely used in pumping station operation management.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the pumping station management and the safe operation of the project, it is necessary to standardize the technical requirements of the pumping station under the unattended condition.Combined with practice, technical measures of unattended on-duty were put forward from equipment technical conditions, implementation steps and safeguard measures, which could provide reference for the design, operation and management of pumping station engineering.
