摘要:
针对2019年第9号台风“利奇马”造成的洪涝灾害影响,分析江苏省沂沭泗流域防洪除涝存在的问题,针对新时期流域防洪除涝面临的形势,从提高防洪标准、加强系统治理、提升综合管理能力等方面提出流域洪涝治理的思路与对策。
Abstract:
In view of the flood disaster caused by typhoon No.9 "Lekima" in 2019, the existing problems of flood control and waterlogging elimination in Yi-Shu-Si River Basin of Jiangsu Province were analyzed. According to the situation of flood control and waterlogging elimination in the new era, ideas and countermeasures for the flood control were put forward from the aspects of improving flood control standard, strengthening system control and enhancing comprehensive management ability.
