摘要:
分析近年来开展的水利工程标准化管理、精细化管理、现代化管理的管理要求,总结水利工程运行管理的内涵、目标和内容,分析水利工程运行管理技术标准体系建设的先进经验,以江苏省现行水利工程运行管理技术标准体系建设为实例,分析现行水利工程运行管理技术标准体系建设现状,提出水利工程运行管理技术标准体系建设的建议,以适应我国新时代水利工程运行管理事业的发展。
Abstract:
The management requirements of standardized management, refined management, and modern management of water conservancy projects that had been carried out in recent years were analyzed, the connotation, objectives and content of water conservancy project operation and management were summarized, and advanced experience in the construction of water conservancy project operation management technical standard system was analyzed. Taking the construction of the current water conservancy project operation management technical standard system in Jiangsu Province as an example, the construction status of current water conservancy project operation management technical standard system was analyzed, and suggestions for the construction of the water conservancy project operation management technical standard system were put forward to adapt to the development of water conservancy project operation management in the new era in China.
