摘要:
钢结构的覆涂维护是水工钢结构防腐工作的主体。传统防腐涂料在生产施工各环节均存在不同程度的高污染高能耗问题,已不能适应新时期绿色可持续发展的国家政策法规要求。采用室内机械物化性能研究、室内施工性能研究、现场试验研究等手段进行涂料配方筛选,经过近10年的探索和跟踪观察,研制的环保型低表面处理环氧厚浆涂料,具有技术先进,环保节能,经济合理的技术优点,实现了绿色环保涂料在低表面处理条件下获得较高性能的目标,是污染较高的喷锌加防腐涂料传统涂装工艺的理想替代方向,尤其适合钢闸门的就地维修,也适合各类新建钢结构。
Abstract:
The coating maintenance of steel structures is the main task in the anti-corrosion work of hydraulic steel structures. Traditional anti-corrosion coatings have the problems of high pollution and high energy consumption in the course of production and application, which can not meet the requirements of national policies and regulations on green and sustainable development in the new era. Indoor mechanical physical and chemical performance research, indoor construction performance research, field test research and other means are used to screen coating formulations. After nearly 10 years of exploration and follow-up observation, eco-friendly low surface treatment epoxy high-build coating developed has the technical advantages of advanced technology, environmental protection and energy saving, economical and reasonable. The goal of obtaining high performance of green environmental protection coating under low surface treatment conditions is achieved. It is an ideal alternative to the traditional coating process of zinc spraying and anti-corrosion coating with high pollution, and is especially suitable for the onsite maintenance of steel gate and all kinds of new steel structures.
