摘要:
针对当前扬州市古运河存在河道水生态不佳、水活力不足、文旅融合不深、规划落地难等问题,提出扬州古运河水生态文明建设工程措施和政策建议,并对典型段提出建设方案。研究可为扬州市水生态文明建设提供理论依据和技术指导,为政府部门制定和完善相关法律法规提供决策参考。
Abstract:
In view of the current problems of the ancient canal in Yangzhou, such as poor river water ecology, insufficient water vitality, inadequate integration of culture and tourism, and difficulty in planning and landing, this paper puts forward engineering measures and policy recommendations for the ecological civilization construction of the ancient canal in Yangzhou, and puts forward construction plans for typical sections. The research can provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the construction of water ecological civilization in Yangzhou City, and provide decision-making reference for the government departments to formulate and improve relevant laws and regulations.
