摘要:
以提升农村人居环境、推进乡村全面振兴为背景，以推动农村生态河道建设为重要策略，在全面摸清江苏农村河道现状的基础上，深入分析了农村河道存在问题、形成原因及解决措施，分别从河道所在不同区域、地形条件特点及河道治理需求等来研究河道建设规划方案和分区治理思路，提出以水流通畅、水体清澈、岸坡绿化、景色优美、长效管护为建设目标，通过清淤疏浚、水系连通、岸坡整治、堤防加固、景观设施、水美乡村示范建设、长效管护等措施来推动农村生态河道建设，以加快实现江苏农村生态河道建设区域化来保障农村高质量发展和改善民生福祉。
Abstract:
With the improvement of rural living environment and the promotion of comprehensive rural revitalization as the background, and the promotion of rural ecological river construction as an important strategy, the existing problems of rural rivers, formation reasons and solutions are analyzed, based on the comprehensive understanding of the current situation of rural river in Jiangsu. River construction scheme and zoning management ideas are studied from the aspects of the different region and terrain condition characteristics, and river management requirements. Aimed at the water flow unobstructed, clear water body, slope afforestation, beautiful scenery and long-term maintenance, rural ecological river construction could be promoted to speed up the regionalization of Jiangsu rural ecological river channel construction by river dredging, water system connectivity, bank slope remediation, embankment reinforcement, landscape facilities, water beauty village demonstration construction and long-term maintenance, which could ensure high-quality development in rural areas and improve people's wellbeing.
