摘要:
开展河流健康评估是加强水环境管理与保护的基础工作，也是全面落实最严格水资源管理制度的重要内容之一。开展河流健康评估，定期为重要河流进行“健康诊断”，对保障河流水生态系统健康，实现水资源的可持续利用具有重要意义。盐城市结合江苏省河流健康评估指标体系，在归纳总结本地河流健康问题与影响因素基础上，初步构建适合盐城的河流健康评估体系。
Abstract:
The development of river health assessment is not only the basic work to strengthen the management and protection of water environment, but also one of the most important contents of fully implement the most stringent water resources management system. Implement "health diagnosis" to important rivers regularly, which is of great significance to ensure the sustainable utilization of water resources. Combined with river health assessment index system of Jiangsu, based on the summary of the health problems of the local rivers and the influencing factors, river health assessment system fits for Yancheng has been preliminary constructed.
