摘要:
通过对金坛市落实“四位一体”长效管护的实践与创新的总结，从管护目标和基本原则、管理范围和标准、工作措施准确定位等方面，提出了关于长效管护的“十个一”标准，以及各类小型水利工程的考核细则。
Abstract:
The implementation of practice and innovation of "four in one" long-term management and protection in Jintan is summarized. A long-term management and protection "ten one" standard is proposed from the target, basic principle, management scope, standard, accurate positioning of measures. And all kinds of small water conservancy project assessment rules are proposed at the same time.
