摘要:
随着我国经济的发展，工程建设实行招投标制度已成了必然的发展趋势。实行这样的方式，主要是为了给各个竞争者提供一个公平、公开的竞争平台，希望通过这样的方式找到更好的承包商，保证工程的质量。主要探讨了电子化招投标对水利工程建设中招投标管理的必要性，并对目前电子化招投标管理过程中存在的一些问题作了简要的分析，以确保在水利工程建设中实现各市场主体之间的公平交易、公平竞争。
Abstract:
With the economic development, the implementation of the bidding system in engineering construction has become an inevitable trend. In this way, the main purpose is to provide each competitor with a fair and open competitive platform, hoping to find a better contractor in such a way as to ensure the quality of the project. The necessity of electronic bidding in the bidding management of water conservancy project construction was mainly discussed, and some existing problems in the process of electronic bidding m anagement were briefly analyzed, in order to ensure the fair trade between all the market players in the construction of water conservancy projects.
