摘要:
将河流的健康评价指标体系分为3 个层次:目标层、准则层和指标层,构建生态功能、社会经济价值、物理化学指标和人类健康指标的准则层,并挑选17 个河道健康指标构建指标层。采用模糊数学方法,对河道健康进行评估,并且基于VS 平台,采用C++ 语言研发河道健康评价软件,以快速便捷地评估河道健康程度,为河道治理提供有力支撑。
Abstract:
The river health evaluation index system is divided into three levels: target level, criterion level and indicator level, from which the criteria level of ecological function, social economic value, physical and chemical index, and human health index are constructed.And 17 river health indicators are selected to construct indicators level.Using fuzzy mathematics to evaluate river health, and using C++ language to develop river health assessment software based on the VS platform to quickly and easily assess river health, and provide strong support for river management.
