摘要:: 推动江苏水利高质量发展,必须学懂弄通做实“节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力”治水方针,以全面推行河长制湖长制为统领,以系统治水为导向,以生态河湖行动为抓手,以改革创新为动力,加快建立科学高效的水治理体制机制,做好水利工程补短板、水利行业强监管、系统治水提质效等各项工作,打造“六大水利”。

Abstract:: To promote the high-quality development of Jiangsu water resources, it's necessary to learn to implement the water management policy of "Water Saving Priority, Space Balance, System Management, Power Generated by Government and Market Mechanism".With the overall implementation of River President System and Lake President System as the command, conserve water systematically as the guidance, the Ecological River and Lake Action as the starting point, the reform and innovation as the driving force, accelerate the establishment of a scientific and efficient water governance system mechanism, do well in strengthening weak links in water conservancy projects, strengthening supervision in water conservancy industry, and improving water quality and efficiency in systematically water conserving to create the "Six Major Water Conservancy".
