摘要:
总结了2018年全省水利工程管理取得的成绩。分析了当前水利工程运行管理工作面临的新形势新要求,提出了2019年全省水利工程运行管理工作目标任务:围绕江苏水利工作“补短板、强监管、提质效”工作基调,以水利工程安全运行为核心,以水利工程精细化管理为引擎,抓重点、补短板、保安全,全面推进水利工程运行管理提质增效。
Abstract:
The achievements of provincial water conservancy project management in 2018 were summarize, the new situation and requirements of the current water conservancy project operation and management was analyzed, the provincial water conservancy project operation management work target task in 2019 was put forward: Focusing on the keynote of "supplementing short board, strong supervision, improving quality and efficiency" of Jiangsu water conservancy work, taking the safe operation of water conservancy projects as the core and the fine management of water conservancy projects as the engine, focusing on the key points, reinforcing weak links and ensuring safety, comprehensively promoting the quality and efficiency of water conservancy project operation management.
