摘要:
河湖“三乱”包括违法占用河湖管理范围行为,违法建设涉水建筑物行为及违法向河湖排放废污水、倾倒废弃物行为。江苏省河长办制定《河湖整治行为整改验收和销号办法》,对查处的“三乱”违法点进行销号验收,省水科院为项目验收提供技术支撑服务,对江苏省河湖“三乱”的具体流程和验收方式进行探讨,旨在为违法点销号工作顺利开展起指导作用。
Abstract:
The "three chaos" in rivers and lakes include illegal occupation of river and lake management scope, illegal construction of buildings involved in water, and illegal discharge of dropping effluent and garbage into rivers and lakes. The Jiangsu Provincial System of River Leader Office formulated the "Measures for the Acceptance and Number Cancellation of Rivers and Lakes Remediation Act", and carried out the number cancellation acceptance on the "three chaos" violation points. Jiangsu institute of water resources and hydropower research provided technical support services for project acceptance. The specific processes and acceptance methods of the "three chaos" were discussed, with the aim of guiding the smooth development of illegal counterpoint sales.
