摘要:
2019年是新一轮机构改革后水利监督工作第一年。全省水利系统深入贯彻落实“水利行业强监管”总基调,坚持“以监督传导压力,以压力促进落实”的工作理念,建立健全监管体系,压紧压实安全责任,水利监督在治水管水工作中取得良好成效,水利安全生产形势保持平稳态势。提出2020年全省水利监督工作的总体思路,以“补短板、强监管、提质效”为总基调,以安全生产为底线,以督查整改为抓手,聚焦六大领域,紧盯四个风险,标本兼治、点面结合、精准发力,努力开创水利监督工作新局面。
Abstract:
2019 was the first year for water conservancy supervision after the new round of institutional reform. The provincial water conservancy system deeply implemented the general theme of "strong supervision in the water conservancy industry", adhered to the working concept of "conducting pressure through supervision, and promoting implementation with pressure", established and improved the supervision system, tightened and compacted safety responsibilities. Therefore, the water conservancy supervision had achieved good results in water governance and water management, and the situation of water conservancy and safety production had remained stable. The general idea of provincial water conservancy supervision in 2020 was put forward. Taking "completing weak links, strengthening supervision, improving quality and efficiency" as the general keynote and safety production as the bottom line, with supervision and rectification as the starting point, focusing on six areas and four risks, addressing both symptoms and causes, integrating partial and whole, making precise efforts, striving to create a new situation in water conservancy supervision.
