摘要:
以无锡市大运河文化带水利建设现状调研为基础，发现防洪排涝能力、水环境质量等问题；以提升水利建设治理效率为目标，提出夯实水安全保障、加强水环境保护、建设水文化载体、完善多方协作机制、加速治水体系现代化5个方面的对策建议。为采取更科学有效的水利整治措施提供理论和事实依据，为政府部门制定和完善相关法律法规提供决策参考。
Abstract:
Based on the investigation of the current situation of water conservancy construction in the Grand Canal Cultural Belt in Wuxi City, problems such as flood control and drainage capacity and water environment quality were found. With the goal of improving the efficiency of water conservancy construction and governance, five countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in terms of consolidating water security, strengthening water environmental protection, building a water culture carrier, improving the multi-party cooperation mechanism, and accelerating the modernization of the water governance system. The paper provides theoretical and factual basis for more scientific and effective water conservancy measurements, and provides decision-making references for the government to formulate and improve relevant laws and regulations.
