摘要:
以常州市金坛区开展第一次全国自然灾害综合风险普查试点工作为背景,通过水旱灾害风险普查工作使用的“初步数据调查—数据汇总—数据核查—数据核定”的统计方法,利用“纵向沟通”“横向沟通”“内部沟通”的沟通方式,高效的开展了风险普查工作,对水利行业水旱灾害风险普查工作具有借鉴意义。
Abstract:
Taking the pilot work of the first national comprehensive natural disaster risk census carried out in Jintan District of Changzhou City as the background, the risk survey is carried out efficiently by using the statistical method of “preliminary data survey-Data Summary-data verification-data verification” and the communication methods of “vertical communication”, “horizontal communication” and “internal communication” in the flood and drought risk survey. It has reference significance for flood and drought disaster risk survey in water conservancy industry.
