摘要:
研究展示青龙潭国家级水利风景区通过整合水利风景资源，丰富水利旅游项目，优化景区空间结构，挖掘和展示水文化，完善景区基础设施与服务设施等问题提出的远景规划。在保护开发、因地制宜、突出特色、统筹发展、适度超前等原则基础上，制定规划目标，确定功能规划区，并提出城市水利风景区的思考和建议。
Abstract:
This study shows the long-term planning of Qinglong Lake National Water Conservancy Scenic Spot proposed by integrating water conservancy scenic resources, enriching water conservancy tourism projects, optimizing the spatial structure of the scenic spot, excavating and displaying water culture, and improving the infrastructure and service facilities of the scenic spot. On the basis of the principles of protection and development, adapting measures to local conditions, highlighting characteristics, overall development and moderate advance, the planning objectives are formulated, the functional planning areas are determined, and the thinking and suggestions for urban water conservancy scenic spots are put forward.
