摘要:
为解决三河闸复杂地质下闸基渗流监测滞后、养护低效等问题,保障工程安全运行,通过数值模拟优化监测网络,引入光纤传感技术构建自动化监测系统,研发环保复合灌浆材料,建立靶向养护技术与模糊综合评价决策模型。现场试验表明,优化后监测精度提升50%,闸基最大渗流量降低42.6%,扬压力均匀性提高28.6%,大幅节约运维成本。研究成果为复杂地质条件下大(1)型水闸闸基渗流控制提供了新的技术路径,具有重要工程应用价值。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of delayed seepage monitoring and inefficient maintenance of Sanhe Sluice foundation under complex geological conditions and ensure the project’s safe operation, this paper optimizes the monitoring network by numerical simulation, builds an automatic monitoring system with optical fiber sensing technology, develops an environment-friendly composite grouting material, and establishes a targeted maintenance technology and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation decision-making model. Field tests show that after optimization, the monitoring accuracy is improved by 50%, the maximum seepage discharge of the sluice foundation is reduced by 42.6%, and the uniformity of uplift pressure is increased by 28.6%, with operation and maintenance costs cut down significantly. The results provide a new technical approach for seepage control of large (Type 1) sluice foundations under complex geological conditions and have important engineering application value.
