摘要:
阐述了江苏“智慧水利”建设的重要意义。从统一门户、基础服务平台、水利云服务中心、业务应用、安全保障机制等方面介绍了江苏“智慧水利”框架体系和成效。提出要在前阶段建设成果基础上,重点做好“三个提升,一个确保”,加快推进“智慧水利”建设,补好水利信息化建设“短板”。
Abstract:
The significance of the construction of "smart water conservancy" in Jiangsu was expounded. The framework system and effect of "smart water conservancy" in Jiangsu Province were introduced from the aspects of unified portal, basic service platform, water information cloud service center, business application and security guarantee mechanism. It was proposed to build on the achievements of the previous stage, focus on "three enhancements, one guarantee", accelerate the construction of "smart water conservancy", and make up the "short board" of water conservancy informatization construction.
