摘要:
江苏省徐州市为水流产权确权试点中的地级市试点,开展水域、岸线水生态空间确权试点。结合徐州市水流产权确权试点工作实际开展情况,介绍了试点范围、目标、任务,归纳了工作流程和主要内容,阐述了工作中的重点和难点,为其他地区水流产权确权工作提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Xuzhou City, as a pilot project for prefecture-level cities in the pilot program for the determination of the property rights of water flows has been carried out. Combined with the actual implementation of the pilot project for the determination of water property rights in Xuzhou City, the scope, objectives and tasks of the pilot were introduced, the work flow and main contents were summarized, the key points and difficulties in the work were elaborated, so as to provide reference for other areas' water rights right confirmation work.
