摘要:
为更好了解市辖范围内灌区工程状况,提高灌区管理水平,对2017—2019年宿迁市灌溉水有效利用系数进行测算分析。研究根据宿迁市农田灌溉特点,制定样本灌区的选择原则并确定13个样本灌区,采用首尾测算法测算样点灌区灌溉水有效利用系数,进而推算出宿迁市3年平均灌溉水有效利用系数分别为0.590、0.595和0.599,3年内提高了1.53%,其值主要受市内大型灌区灌溉水有效利用系数水平影响。由此可见,宿迁市灌溉水有效利用系数仍有提升空间,应通过加强对大型灌区的节水改造和管理来实现。
Abstract:
In order to better understand the project status of irrigation district within Suqian City and improve the management level of irrigation districts, the effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water in Suqian City from 2017 to 2019 was calculated and analyzed. According to the irrigation characteristic of farmland in Suqian City, the selection principle for sample district was established and then 13 sample irrigation areas were determined. The head-end measurement method was used to calculate the utilization coefficient of irrigation water of sample irrigation areas, and the average effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water in Suqian City of 2017 to 2019 was calculated as 0.590, 0.595 and 0.599, with an increase of 1.53% during the period, which was mainly affected by the working and management condition of large irrigation area. Therefore, the utilization coefficient of irrigation area in Suqian City still had other space for improvement, which should be realized by strengthening the water-saving transformation and management of large irrigation areas.
