摘要:
开展河湖和水利工程管理范围划界工作,在明确管理和保护范围的同时,也积极推进了水利工程管理工作的科学化和法制化。通过阐述澡港河南枢纽管理范围划界工作的设计与施工,为水利工程的依法管理和提高现代化管理水平奠定了基础。
Abstract:
To carry out the demarcation of the management scope of rivers, lakes and water conservancy projects, the scientific and legalization of the management of water conservancy projects were also actively promoted while clarifying the scope of management and protection. By elaborating the design and construction of the demarcation of the management scope of the Henan Hub of Zaogang Port, the legal management of water conservancy projects and the improvement of modern management were laid a foundation.
